In April, we asked students at nine public schools in Milton to tell us how they want their world to look, and 482 talented artists answered our call!

The winner was Sana, a grade 8 student at the Chris Hadfield Public School. Sana's efforts resulted in her school receiving a $1,000 cheque from our promotional partners, the Woodbine Entertainment Group. The school put the prize money towards their Stream of Dreams school beautification project. The project was unveiled on May 28th and with 950 fish, it is the largest in Canada!

Eco-totes are on sale for $2.00 each and all proceeds go to the Halton Learning Foundation. They can be purchased from the following locations:

1. Milton Mall Administration Office, Monday to Friday, 9 - 1 and 2 - 5
2. The Mohawk Racetrack Giftshop (beginning May 23rd)
3. To place a bulk order, contact Jenifer Sim, Milton Mall via e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
